Kasen International acquired an industrial site in Cambodia for HK$ 338 million and acquired 49% of the equity


(INNEWS)Kasen International Holdings Limited (00496) announced that it has acquired a 49% stake in Koh Kong Zhejiang Sez Co., Ltd. (target company) from Zhu Jiayun for a consideration of HK$338 million, which will be paid in cash and by the issuance of convertible bonds.

The target company holds national highway No. 4 located in Boeng Preav Township and Chrouy Svay Township, Srae Ambel District, Koh Kong Province, Kingdom of Cambodia. The land, which has a total area of ​​approximately 1,134 hectares, is freehold and is currently vacant and earmarked for industrial use.
