The total investment of Sam Raong Avenue is 77.66 million US dollars, with a total length of 5.2 kilometers and a width of 30 meters. The project will start construction in October 2022 and be completed in August 2023. After opening to traffic, Senlong Avenue has become an important urban main road in the north of Phnom Penh, providing local residents with more convenient transportation methods. Through Senlong Avenue, residents in the northern area can avoid the congestion of Highway 5, and can quickly reach the core area of Phnom Penh without crossing the bridge. It only takes 10 minutes to drive from the project to AEON 2, and the roads along the way are wide, so there is no need to worry about traffic jams, and the travel efficiency is greatly improved.
Sam Raong Avenue will fully connect the residential area in the north of Phnom Penh, the AEON 2 business district, the central business district of Wangu Lake, and the core area of Phnom Penh, bringing greater convenience to urban transportation.
