Su Tong, director of the National Police General Administration, Kuoch Chamroeun, governor of Sihanoukville, and relevant police leaders attended the presided over.
It is reported that Prime Minister Hun Manet issued a government order on August 23, appointing Sar Rotha, deputy director of the General Department of Immigration, as deputy director of the National Police. On August 24, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Sar Sokha appointed Sulota, deputy director of the National Police Headquarters, as the chief of the Sihanoukville Police Department.
