[INNWS Comprehensive Report] On November 3, the Cambodian National and International Festival Organizing Committee announced that in order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Cambodia’s independence and the founding anniversary of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, Phnom Penh will set off fireworks for three consecutive days. These fireworks will be set off in front of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, starting from 7pm on November 9th to 11th.
At the same time, Cambodia’s Independence Day commemoration will also be held on November 9 at the Independence Monument Square in Phnom Penh. This event commemorates the historic moment when Cambodia gained independence from French colonial rule.
The Cambodian National and International Festival Organizing Committee stated that these fireworks displays will bring a visual feast to Phnom Penh citizens and tourists from all over the world.
